Ms Vila Nova Ponta Delgada , Ponta Delgada (Sao Miguel)

I stayed at this three-star hotel, which offered simple yet very clean rooms with great sleeping comfort, good Wi-Fi connection, and is conveniently close to the city center. The staff, especially the receptionists, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, being within walking distance to the city center and offering a pleasant view. However, the breakfast could have been more varied, and the noise levels made it hard to get a good rest at night.

The hotel is very clean and spacious, offering lovely quality bed linen in comfortable rooms. The air conditioning system was great, and the bathrooms were delightful. However, be aware that there are no shampoos/conditioners, coffee makers, or fridges provided, so bring your own.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, bright, and overlooked the pool, providing a pleasant atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with the staff being exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The location was very convenient, close to the main part of Ponta Delgada, and perfect for exploring the area. The dining experience was good with a variety of breakfast options. Overall, a great value for money with some minor room for improvement in the morning juice selection and under the flight path.
